Locally owned Self Storage company is looking for a Part Time Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be reliable and self-motivated. This position will assist the Property Manager with walk-in inquires as well as show units. In addition, clean spaces as vacated to prepare for renting, clean hallways and grounds as needed. Assist Property Manager by ensuring the appearance of the property is customer ready by conducting daily walk-through and maintaining the property. A passion for customer service and helping people. Strong accountability combined with enthusiasm for work. Maintain cleanliness and operation of golf carts. Notify Property Manager of any unusual occurrences on the facility.
