Benjamin Fairly is an executive chef and multi-disciplinary visual artist living and working in Milwaukee. He has headed up the kitchen in some of the cities most respected restaurants including Sauce in the Third Ward, Hotel Madrid in Walker’s Point, Tenuta’s in the Third Ward and Hinterland Gastropoda in the Third Ward. With a background in visual art he bridges the gap between art and food with visually stunning plate presentation, classic cooking techniques, creative flavor combinations and textures. His cooking takes all of your senses on an elevated and entertaining journey.
