Please join South End Buttery and Chef Charles Draghi for a unique dinner menu featuring a variety of our foraged friends paired with wines from around the world! The Buttery's heated patio invites you to enjoy Chef Draghi's unique cooking techniques and complete devotion to all things mushroom. Or delight in Chef's bright flavors and sauces based on herbal, fruit and vegetable essences -- all without the heaviness of added butter -- inside in our fireplace dining room. Exquisite mushrooms, including chanterelles, truffles and matsutake, will celebrate each dish and a refreshing dessert will be served by Buttery Pastry Chef Chris Goluszka.
Over the past 25 years, Chef Draghi has worked as a restaurateur, executive chef, general manager and wine director at numerous prominent Boston restaurants and has become known as one of the most respected chefs in Boston. His own restaurant, erbaluce, was one of the premier Italian restaurants in Boston for 10 years, garnering Best of Boston awards every year it was open.
