A 4 day Dia de los Muertos Festival presented by Norberto Mojardin. Open to the public on weekends beginning 10/30-11/02/2021 Join us for a family-friendly, interactive, immersive, social distanced altar exhibition presented by Norberto Mojardin including entertainment, vendors and food trucks!  This will be a colorful event full of traditions and cultures, You don't want to miss it!  ***MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED IF FULLY VACCINATED*** The well-being of our visitors and staff is our top priority, and we have adjusted our visitor experience to meet strict health and safety guidelines. The experience will require social distancing and check in upon your entry. Dia de los Muertos is a multi-day holiday that involves family and friends gathering to pray, meditate and remember friends and family members who have passed on, helping support the spiritual journey of the dead. In Latino culture, death is viewed as a natural part of the human cycle. Latinos view it not as a day of sadness, but as a day of celebration because their loved ones awaken and celebrate with them. Given the current state of the world and all the events of this year, we feel there has never been a more important time to come together as a community and celebrate life and Dia de los Muertos.  Covid-19 protocols will be in place along with 9 health providing vaccines for the community and flu shots.  Dont miss the opportunity to participate in the Catrina contest, Main prize 1,000 to the best Catrina or Catrin.
