Genesee River Walking Meditation and Yoga
Join me for a morning Walking Meditation & yoga practice along the Genesee river! We will begin with a short meditation and some mindful movement before walking along the river path & boardwalk. Walking meditation is a mindfulness practice that blends the experience of walking with focused observation. We will stop for a longer seated meditation and yoga before heading back.
No meditation or yoga experience is required. Bring a smile and open heart.
What to wear: Please bring your yoga mat. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows for movement.
Where to meet: We will gather at the Port of Rochester near Bill Gray's at the waters edge.
