Join yoga instructor Sheelagh Walsh for an all levels evening practice inspired by Chase Young Gallery's Exhibition, "Convergence"! Chase Young Gallery is excited to partner with Sheelagh Walsh to offer all our local yogis, from beginner to advanced, an opportunity to have an art-inspired class! Set within our contemporary art gallery in the SoWa district of South End Boston, each class will be influenced by the current exhibition, fusing thematic elements of the show with traditional yoga practices. Bring your own mat! After-class refreshments included :)
