The Esplanade Association presents River Fit: Hive Soul Yoga, a relaxing and fit way to kick off your weekend on the Esplanade! Join the Esplanade Association for River Fit: Hive Soul Yoga for an energizing midday reset! This 45 minute class is designed to help participants feel strong and empowered, no matter their fitness level. Hive Soul Yoga's practice will be preceded by an intention setting, backed by an upbeat R&B playlist, and sequenced for all levels. Bring a mat, bring your friends, and join us! River Fit: Hive Soul Yoga will take place on Friday, October 15 and Friday, October 22 from 12PM to 12:45PM on Fiedler Field. Yoga mats will not be provided. We encourage you to bring your own, however, they are not required to participate. Registration for River Fit: Hive Soul Yoga is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit: Hive Soul Yoga, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Fitness Series class. RIVER FIT COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES Participants are required to pre-register in advance; only pre-registered attendees can participate.Vaccinated participants can go mask-free! We strongly encourage non-vaccinated participants to wear a mask or face covering.The Esplanade Association will have hand sanitizer available on-site.Stay home if you feel sick and/or are part of a vulnerable population The Esplanade Association is a nonprofit organization that works to revitalize and enhance the Charles River Esplanade, sustain its natural green space, and build community in the park by providing educational, cultural, and recreational programs for everyone. Working in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Esplanade Association is dedicated to improving the experiences of the millions of visitors who enjoy Boston’s iconic riverside park.
