I’m hiring a crew boss for a group of 4-5 people one will be crew boss and that is who I’m looking for - must have good attitude, reliable, responsible with a strong ability to communicate - management experience preferred but not required - work as ambassadors to a fiber optic internet company canvassing neighborhoods managing crews no experience necessary you will be trained work throughout Connecticut. This will be consistent work daily pay. Hard work and reliability go a long ways with me - perfect if you have Friends or family bring them on board and you can manage them- this will be consistent work - You will be hanging marketing material and communicating - -it’s piece work about 5-7 hrs day + plus bonuses and I cover all fuel -I can pay one lump sum out of the piece work example say $700 a day and you pay your people out of that or I can pay a high rate and a percentage from other workers - many mangers average $300 a day. Team must be able to travel throughout Connecticut and look professional must be able to communicate with people in within neighborhoods- your not selling anything just letting them know about the construction in the neighborhoods regarding fiber optic cable.
