The most challenging obstacle for individuals to their mindfulness practice is carving out the time in their day (or week) for it. Planning to take a moment for yourself, by yourself, often yields to de-prioritizing self-care. Sharing this time with others is not only enjoyable, but provides accountability and structure to what we know is good for us.
Center yourself with meditation and mindfulness. Bring your awareness to your life and the present. Please join me for a "Mindfulness Morning" where there will be a lesson, a meditation, and a discussion.
