What to Bring (Requirements for Vaccination): Photo ID: please bring a form of photo identification (e.g., drivers license, passport, or any ID that shows name and DOB). This ensures that the person receiving the vaccine is the same person that is registered. Eventbrite Registration Ticket: once you complete your registration for this vaccine event a confirmation ticket is emailed to you. Please print this and bring to expedite your check-in process. Vaccine Details: COVID-19 vaccinations at EPCC will be given to any person 12 years and older. Parent or guardian is required for anyone who is 12-17 years of age. Possible side effects are fever, body aches, fatigue, head ache, nausea and pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine requires 2 doses separated by 21 days. Vaccine Warnings & Precautions: Talk to your doctor before you are given the vaccine if you have : a known history of a severe allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to any component of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.are pregnant, or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby. As a precaution, you should avoid becoming pregnant for at least 2-3 months after the vaccine or as indicated by your doctor.a severe illness with high fever. However, a mild fever or upper airway infection, like a cold, are not reasons to delay vaccination.a weakened immune system, such as HIV infection, or are on a medicine that affects your immune system. Immunocompromised persons, including individuals receiving immunosuppressant therapy, may have a diminished immune response to the vaccine.a bleeding problem, bruise easily or use a medicine to inhibit clotting.Please refer to the vaccine information sheet and consent form for greater details. Vaccine Registration Details: Each time listed is the "door time". Please arrive no more than 15 mins prior to the door time for which you are registered. If you are not present within 30 minutes of your scheduled door time we may give your vaccine to someone else. Please be respectful. If you need to cancel please do so through Eventbrite prior to the date and time you are scheduled to give others the opportunity to register. While waiting for your vaccine, please remember to adhere to COVID-19 safe practices, wear a mask and maintain social distancing. REMEMBER: You must still maintain these practices following your vaccination! Vaccinations will be conducted at EPCC Mission Del Paso Campus, D-Building. Please arrive to the D Building courtyard near the garden. You will be directed on how to enter and exit the building. Signage will be posted!
