TV towers causing problems

the tower on tower mountain that is owned by a big local TV station has had work done on it lately. Has anyone else noticed new problems that have started since the work on it ? Things such at radio station playing on your TV, a low frequency hum at night, strange lights. Have you been getting headaches? This needs to be looked into.
