Trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses and end the evening at Bookery for a costume parade! Join us for the 4th annual Halloween at City Hall! Stop by City Hall to pick out a book from the Bookmobile, meet Mayor Craig, and then head out to trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses! End with a costume parade at Bookery Manchester !
