This kid safe family event is FREE ADMISSION with FREE Trunk or Treating FREE carnival games with prizes! This year’s Harvest Festival / Trunk or Treat will be on Sunday, October 31st, 5pm to 8pm! This kid safe family event is FREE ADMISSION with FREE Trunk or Treating FREE carnival games with prizes! We also need candy donation, event volunteers, and decorating vehicles volunteers. Candy Donation We are asking candy donation for Trunk or Treat! ONLY DONATED CANDIES will be used for Trunk or Treating. Please drop off Halloween candy at the church office Monday – Thursday. Candy must be individually wrapped in unopened bags. Please drop off the candy by October 26th. For questions, please contact us here. Trunk or Treat Decoration Cars Needed The event provides a safe environment for TRUNK or Treating. We need volunteers with cars that will be decorated, parked inside the church parking lot during the event, and handing out candies. 3:00pm Arrive at HHCC 3:30-4:30 Decorate Vehicle 5:30-7:30 Trunk or Treating 8:00-8:30 Exit lot *For the safety of our children, no cars will be allowed to exit the lot until the event is over. **Please leave your candies at home. Candies for passing out will be provided! There will be a car Decorating Contest! If you can volunteer with your vehicle, please fill out the form here. PLEASE reserve your spot by October 25th.
