A workshop giving women a greater sense ?of agency by redefining SELF and expanding our community of support. We can all reach our summit! Kelly McNeill and Jenna Jahn Reid, two incredible coaches, created an interactive and connection-oriented workshop entitled Defining Our Identity Within the Chaos of Motherhood. The workshop will be held at the Encinitas Community Center on November 4th from 6pm - 8pm and capacity is limited to 40 people, so sign up quickly if you can. This will be a two hour workshop where they will discuss: The push and pull of being a parent, spouse, professional, and remembering what is important to us as an individual amidst it all The role of guilt and shame and how to kick it out of our sphere What support can and should look like and how to ask for it Kelly and Jenna’s goal is to create a network of women in San Diego. Through this network they can offer resources and guidance to help balance all the roles women play while maintaining who we are as individuals! And, as with any good and supportive network, there is much to be gained from the diverse experiences of the participants.
