FREE Women's Self Defense Class at Fit4You - PART 3 The Black Shadow Defense School and Fit4You Athletic Training have joined together for a 3RD time to host the Women's Self Defense Class! FIGHT OR FRIGHT? Halloween Edition! Registration is FREE! Class will be led by Sensei Orpheus Heyward, a 6 degree black belt in the system of Ninjutsu. This class is designed to show women various self-defense techniques focusing on: invasion footwork, grappling, and precision striking Athletic wear is suggested. All guests are encouraged to wear ALL BLACK or Black and Orange.
