Tour of 4 custom designed residences by architects Arthur Dyson, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Richard Neutra. REGISTER EARLY! SPACE IS LIMITED! $65 - AIA Members $95 - Non-AIA Members This event will be a carpool/caravan event. AIA SJ will not be providing transportation. Please plan for a full day event with departure from Fresno at 8:00am and estimated return at 7:00pm. AIA SJ will meet for an optional dinner on the way back to Fresno. Please let us know if you'd like to join us for the optional dinner. Event Itinerary:7:45am - 8:00am: Dyson & Janzen Architects1295 N. Wishon Ave., Fresno, CA 93728 Attendee check in at the office of Dyson & Janzen Architects. Departure will be promptly at 8:00am, please ensure you arrive early enough to check-in and receive an itinerary with property addresses and estimated arrival/departure times. 10:00am - 11:00am: Frank & Shirley Baughman Residence(1981) designed by Architect, Arthur Dyson. Current owner, Andy Muxlow. 11:00am - 12:00pm: Lunch on your ownThe AIA SJ board will be meeting for lunch at Beach Park (3400 21st Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301) if you'd like to bring your own food and join us. Nearby restaurants include: Panda Express, Starbucks, Carl's Jr (Hwy 190 & Jaye St) McDonalds, Panda Express (Hwy 65 & Merle Haggard Drive) 1:30pm - 2:30pm: George & Millie Ablin Residence(1958) designed by Architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. 2:45pm - 3:30pm: Frank & Kathryn Davis Residence(1937) designed by Architect, Richard Neutra. Current owner, David Coffey. 3:45pm - 4:45pm: Albert & Patricia Leddy Residence(1958) designed by Architect, Richard Neutra Estimated drive time back to Fresno from the Leddy Residence - 1hour 50 mins.
