End your weekend with yoga and music in the park! Are you ready to stretch, tone and chillax with your friends and neighbors? Virginia Highland District co-founder and Highland Yoga local yoga instructor, Lindsay Wheeler, will be teaching a class with Knock Music House in North Highland Park on Sunday, October 17 from 9 am to 10 am. We encourage you to check out the vendors that will be on site after class. Munch on doughnuts/coffee, scope boutique pop-up local vendors and listen to music that will get you pumped for the week ahead! ALL TICKET SALES GO BACK INTO THE VIRGINIA HIGHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD FOR EVENTS AND BEAUTIFICATION! All tickets include a complimentary doughnut that you will receive after class.
