This cornbread dressing is so good, it's actually a meal all by itself!
You can bake the most tender, moist ,and delicious turkey but without a great cornbread stuffing or dressing, it's just TURKEY! In this lunch and learn class Chef Craig will share with you his version of this great companion to the turkey! You will enjoy a lunch of delicious winter salad with dressing made from our Olivelle oils and vinegars, along with a sweet treat from our café. Cost for this class is $30/person.

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. What to Expect:
The lunch and learn classes last approximately one hour. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made Olivelle dressing while the Chef demonstrates how to create a delicious cornbread dressing that is actually a meal in itself! You will enjoy a serving of the dressing at the end of the class. Chef Craig is the culinary director here at The Cook's Station. You will find him downstairs at the café most days or teaching cooking classes in the evenings. You will receive 20% off of your purchase the day of the class (some exclusions apply). Tea, Lemonade, and Water will be served during your meal.
