Sign Fabrication & Installer Bring your skills/ Learn new ones Can you weld, fabricate in metal and wood & install vinyl and signs? Successful sign company has an immediate need for a fabricator sign maker. We are looking for experienced sign makers AND people willing to learn!! To build signs and install dimensional letters, banners, window lettering, vehicles and other interior and exterior signage. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Installation of all types of interior and exterior signage. No electrical sign installation is required.BE WILLING TO LEARN • In-house production to include vinyl lettering application, sign preparation, and light fabrication work • Site surveys, delivery of finished product, and vendor pick up of some sign materials REQUIREMENTS: • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and have an honest, hard-working attitude • Reliable transportation to and from work is a must • Organized, intelligent, and a willingness to go beyond what is asked of you • Ability to take direction and follow through with what is asked of you in a timely manner • Ability to multi-task - Preferred Skills : OR WILLING TO LEARN • Sign fabrication and installation experience of all types of signs • Weld steel and aluminum - Intermediate level • Read drawings - material take offs • Some carpentry • Installation experience in a different industry with good mechanical skills POSITION COMPENSATION/INCENTIVES: • Hourly wage • Guaranteed 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) with occasional overtime
