Bathing Your Body, Heart, & Soul in Sound I am offering a Gong Journey on the evening of October 1st at 7pm, at Cedar Yoga Space! This is a powerful experience in which guests will receive an entire hour of vibrational sound therapy through the use of gongs. Though each journey is unique and different, you can expect: ▪︎ Discussion regarding current planetary phases ▪︎ Intention setting ▪︎ Guided Meditation ▪︎ Gong Bath ▪︎ Integrative sharing circle 🎶 Vibrational Sound Therapy is a proven method of holistic healing, which utilizes the frequencies and vibrations of sound to effect the mind, body, heart, and soul. In a Gong Journey, gongs are the primary (or only) instrument used. These instruments create an ethereal soundscape that envelops the senses, calms the body, and drops us into a subconscious state. While in this space, the mind unlocks, the body untenses, and the heart lowers active defenses. This gives us the ability to travel our own inner worlds, observing the energies, emotions, and thoughts that have been stuck inside of us. Through this sound-induced introspection, we are able to release the unhealthy buildup in our bodies; trapped emotions, disease, unhealthy thought patterns, trauma, physical symptoms, and more. During the experience, one may experience a release of emotions, have closed-eye visions, feel physical sensations in the body, or even fall asleep. All is normal and to be expected, and I can help you understand what was experienced. Coming back from the journey, there is a noticeable peace, calm, clarity, and lightness that is left filling the body.
