Hi all! What we have here is a good rhythm section looking for a Vocalist Frontman (aged 19-32) to start a new band. Beginners preferred unless you are advanced and willing collaborate with our sound, not looking for a dicktator. The group has great gear and experience. Have regular rehearsals, you will need nothing but maybe your own mic and stand, but if not, we can supply both. We also have vocal effects processors available. The sound is a mix of hip hop, southern rock, r&b dance, new wave, I guess you’d describe it as fusion rock. Would like to incorporate some tribal, reggae and other sounds to our music as well. Looking to gig as soon as we get the group solid and polished, but in too much of a rush, we know it takes time. The ideal candidate would have charisma, reliable transportation, (single, unattached) and the ability to learn lyrics, dance and have dynamic stage presence. Many of us are recent transplants to the Austin area. Liberal and open mind ness is a plus. Racists, gangsta and criminal types need not apply.
