What better way to spend time with your kids while getting in a fun workout. Zumba choreography is set to salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and cumbia music and each basic rhythm has four core steps. These simple steps, Latin beats, and a team environment create fun and lively fitness experiences. Join us for this class and enjoy a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, all while enjoying the beautiful Tampa Bay waterfront view from Armature Works.
