Hard Core Compost is a worker-owned compost collection service. We use bicycles to haul household kitchen waste to our local composting site where we then transform it into soil. Now accepting applications for worker-owners. QT & POC strongly encouraged to apply! While it is a physically demanding job we do use electric powered bikes to take some of that load off. Do you want a job where you have control over your workplace? A place where there's no boss and decisions are made by you and your coworkers? 10 - 20 hours available weekly.
