Over-development. The ZBA does not regulate development and so there is little that can be done from the ZBA. The best the ZBA can do is to ensure that variances are only handed out when appropriate and to do so in an even-handed manner.

I moved to Town in 1987 and when it came time to start a Family my wife and I chose Ridgefield because of what it has to offer - the charm, the quaintness, the safety, the great schools, and the natural beauty. I believe those aspects are worth protecting.
