Let’s get a couple of things right Mr. or Mrs. Addison: 1) I rarely flag posts. I actually left that post up initially regarding Lightfoot because I would rather let people know how dumb they are being. 2)I never said that Lightfoot was a good leader. The original poster seems to believe that she is “not government.” That is not the case. The original poster seems to be confused regarding what government is and the fact that there are different levels of such. 3) You don’t get to determine what commandments are followed either. The Bible actually says very little regarding homosexuality, unless you’re counting those couple of verses in Leviticus and Deuteronomy that no church actually preaches about, at least the ones I’ve attended over the years. You also don’t get to have a say on whether or not Lightfoot has to repent in the end. That is between her and God. 4) I was pointing out that the original poster should learn some thing about government instead of spewing nonsense on craigslist. I never said anything that they don’t get they have a vote. You have the same vote as I do, and same as the original poster as far as I’m concerned. I don’t want something blocked, that’s why I don’t flag posts. I just suggested that this individual actually learn something instead of saying that “Lori Lightfoot isn’t the government.” Whether you like it or not, she’s still a government official.
