The Essential Baking Company has been a leader in the Northwest baking industry since we started making our organic and all natural baked goods more than 25 years ago. We are looking for someone to help bake our quality artisan products consistently every day to support our growing business and the mission of serving our customers with uncompromising quality and service. In this role you will be responsible for helping to make our products, ensuring they get out the door on time to our customers each day. We offer the following shifts to work: 3:00am - 1:30pm, 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, available any day of the week starting pay $16.69 per hour 1:00pm - 11:30pm, 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, available any day of the week starting pay $16.69 per hour 8am - 4:30pm Sunday - Thursday, 8 hours a day starting pay $16.69 per hour Preferred Qualifications: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures Energetic, results oriented team player Able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet all day Able to work at a fast pace, in a safe manner while maintaining quality of work Ability to understand basic math using a calculator Enjoy working with a team Good communication skills with all levels of the organization Strong work ethic with the desire to advance your skills Ability to report to work on time and work extra hours as needed during busy times Must be 18 or older How to apply: Please send your resume with "Bakery Production" in the subject line, and which shift you are looking to apply for.
