SPRING, TX — Early voting for the Nov. 2 election in Harris County begins Monday and runs through Oct. 29. The polls are open for early voting from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. most days, but there are two exceptions. The polls will open at noon and close at 7 p.m. Sunday and will be open from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Oct. 28, with a few locations open for 24 hours on that date. The deadline to register for the Nov. 2 election was Oct. 1.
