ROUND ROCK, TX — The Nov. 2 election is just around the corner, Round Rock. With early voting set to start Oct. 18-29, there are a few things you should know before you head to the ballot to cast your vote. In your area, there will be several propositions that will affect Williamson County. To get you started, here's where to cast your vote and what's on the ballot Nov. 2. Where To Vote In Round Rock (Jim Massara/Patch) Early Voting Early voting begins Monday, Oct. 18, and continues through Friday, Oct. 29. Voting runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday. There is no Sunday voting. Early voting locations include: Allen R Baca Center, 301 W Bagdad St., Building 2Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Dr.Round Rock Randalls, 2051 Gattis School Rd.Williamson County Jester Annex, 1801 E Old Settlers Blvd. Nov. 2 Election Day Registered voters can cast ballots at any voting location listed below from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2. Learn more about these propositions here.Here are the local propositions: Williamson County Propositions Two propositions appear on Williamson County ballots that affect Emergency Services District 9 and Municipal Utility District No. 2. Three will affect Municipal Utility District No. 19D and three will affect Municipal Utility District No. 19F. The propositions are as follows: ESD 9 Proposition A: Adding a tract of land located in the area of the City of Leander, Texas, and adjacent territory to Williamson County Emergency Services District 9.ESD 9 Proposition B: Adding a tract of land located in the area of the City of Leander, Texas, and adjacent territory to Williamson County Emergency Services District 9. This is an annex proposition.MUD No. 2 Proposition A: The issuance of $40,000,000 bonds for roads. Taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds will be imposed.MUD No. 2 Proposition B: The issuance of $60,000,000 bonds for refunding road bonds issued pursuant to Section 52, Article III of the Texas Constitution. Taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds will be imposed.MUD No. 19D Proposition A: An Operation and Maintenance Tax for the District not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.MUD No. 19D Proposition B: The issuance of $115,000,000 Tax Bonds for Water, Wastewater and Drainage Systems Facilities. Taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds will be imposed.MUD No. 19D Proposition C: The Issuance of $172,500,000 Tax Bonds for Refunding Water, Wastewater and Drainage System Facilities Bonds (including Refunding Bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Article 16, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution. Taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the Bonds will be imposed. MUD No. 19F Proposition A: An Operation and Maintenance Tax for the District not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.MUD No. 19F Proposition B: The issuance of $134,000,000 Tax Bonds for Water, Wastewater and Drainage Systems Facilities. Taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds will be imposed.MUD No. 19F Proposition C: The Issuance of $201,000,000 Tax Bonds for Refunding Water, Wastewater and Drainage System Facilities Bonds (including Refunding Bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Article 16, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution.
