Press release from City of Bellaire: October 14, 2021 The City of Bellaire is collecting preliminary information and interest forms from residents who may qualify for the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant Program.  If enough parties are interested, the City of Bellaire will submit a grant application for qualified homeowners to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant.  This grant will request funds for the elevation of flood-prone homes.   For more information about the City's participation in the FMA grant program or to see if you qualify, please visit: https://www.bellairetx.gov/1616/FMA-Grant-Program To fill out an interest form to participate in the FMA grant program, please click here.
