Description
Looking for 3 part-time skilled laborers for after-hours or weekend work.
Flexible schedule day/evening/weekends up to 20 hrs per week. All exterior noise ceases by 8pm per HOA.
Must have ID, and be able to accept a W9 payment through paychex to your bank account.
Criminal record check. References will be fully checked.
1st position - Block, brick and cement projects. Walkways, garden walls, stairs and block rooms with brick facing.
2nd position - Steel framing, insulation and drywall, Shed roof repair, flooring, painting and trim work.
3rd position - Hardscaping, tree & landscaping, water features, patios, planting plan, forest trails
Will hire an assistant / laborers to help with prep and cleanup.
Will purchase / rent equipment as needed to speed up projects.
Covid vaccination proof required, masks to be worn indoors or when owners are on-site.
