We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a new 60-unit apartment community in Calabash immediately. The Maintenance Supervisor performs various duties to maintain quality maintenance necessary improvements to enhance the apartment community. Job Functions Under the direction of the Property Manager Reports maintenance repairs and any issues with vacant apartments and/or apartment community grounds Schedules move ins and inspections Monitors and manages vendors and contracts Proposes recommendations for improvements for the community Some experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Some computer experience- use a tablet to complete daily tasks Punctuality and problem solving ability Bring your own tools and must have an active drivers' license Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check Adhere to the company COVID-19 policy.
