We will be in the parking lot across the street from Clement Park this week!!
You will sweat, so bring a water bottle!!! We always have a blast and always have an awesome group of people!
SKILL LEVEL: This is for all fitness skill levels! However, this workout will be on skill level: DIFFICULT! Meaning, we are going to push you to your limits. You will sweat, it will burn and it will be hard. But we are going to be there to get you through it!
TYPE OF WORKOUT: We do a workout similar to a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style, some partner exercises, light running, circuits, squats, push-ups, sit-ups... and work all parts of the body! Not much cardio at all. We use a lot of resistance bands!
