Hiring BAs for Michigan v. Michigan State Tailgate

Havas STREET is building an initial roster of (6) Brand Ambassadors to represent a popular bourbon-whiskey brand at a tailgate for the Michigan vs Michigan State game. Event details are still TBD and so we are gathering initial interest for now. The event will include brand-themed activity stations, giveaways, and product samples throughout the footprint. Havas Street’s team of brand ambassadors will work together to bring high energy and consumer engagement by checking in guests, leading the branded activities, spreading brand messaging, and by maintaining the event space to best promote the brand in their market. Pay Rate: $24/hr (before taxes; W-2 employee) Shift details are TBD • Tailgate or watch party will occur on Saturday, Oct. 30 • Hours TBD but will be a 6 hour shift, most likely • Location TBD, but will be near Michigan State in East Lansing (either at the university or at a local bar/restaurant) Duties: • Assist in loading/unloading, set up and breakdown of bar and custom cocktail machine and overall footprint • Greet consumers; maintain line to the bar • Check in guests using app • Educate consumers about the brand; relay brand messaging • Lead contactless activity and giveaway stations • Encourage consumers in participating in iPad quiz and sampling custom cocktail from bar (BAs will not be handling alcohol) • Submit recap/timesheet in a timely manner Must: • Be 21+ to apply • Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask and gloves (provided) • Comfortable moving around throughout shift and working outdoors • Be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs • Have access to reliable transportation and internet (for recaps and timesheet) If interested in learning more, reply with your name and a current resume
