AURORA, IL — A man has been transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he was rescued from the Fox River Friday afternoon. The Aurora Police Department and Aurora Fire Department rescued the man from the Fox River near East New York Street, they tweeted at around 4:30 p.m. Friday. #APDIncident: APD and @AuroraILFire are on the scene of a water rescue on East New York Street and the Fox River.
