PARK COASTAL SURVEYING, LLC is a growing company looking to fill all open positions below. We're looking for responsible, capable and contributing members for our team with the ability to utilize technology and think on your feet. A positive attitude is a must. The first three positions will sometimes require travel in all types of Florida weather. They are full-time positions with paid travel expenses and a per diem for meals. We offer benefits, paid time off and paid holidays. ENTRY LEVEL RODPERSON - Experience is not necessary, we will train you and provide you with all necessary skills. Base Wage - $15.00 per hour. INSTRUMENT PERSON - Assists with the firm's topographic and boundary surveying projects. SURVEY PARTY CHIEF - This position oversees land surveys. You may plan out each job, check the characteristics of the surrounding land, evaluate its potential as a construction site, and manage personnel on a survey team. CAD - This position prepares As-built, Boundary, Tree and Topographic Survey Plats. You will prepare digital terrain models and contouring, search legal and survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries. Plan and prepare CAD drawings using Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation. Process and interpret survey data collected in the field and maintain and organize digital and paper survey records. CIVIL 3D AND BENTLEY MICROSTATION A PLUS! Salary or Wage for all four positions is based on education and previous experience. Park Coastal Surveying LLC is a drug free workplace.
