Press release from the City of Raleigh: Oct 14, 2021 Raleigh is soliciting proposals from non-profit organizations to build or expand facilities within City limits. All eligible non-profits must serve the community in the area of health care. This funding is to improve community health. Proposals to include but are not limited to, behavioral health, mental health, food security, or other health issues made worse by the pandemic. RFP responses are due November 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. To be eligible, applications must request at least $500,000. A virtual application workshop is Monday, October 18, at 2:30 p.m.  All information related to this solicitation is on the North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System (IPS(link is external)). Funding for this grant is part of the $73.2 million Raleigh received from the American Rescue Plan Act.
