ARIZONA — Two Arizona towns are among the best 100 places to live in America, according to a new ranking released by the community research outlet Livability. Chandler ranked no.29 on Livability's list, with reviewers highlighting its technology industry and quirky traditions. Scottsdale was ranked no.80 in Livability's list. Livability.com considered more than 1,000 small to mid-sized cities in the ranking process. The outlet surveyed residents on factors like safety, affordability, economic stability, outdoor recreation, accessibility, and community engagement. The top 10 on the list included: 1. Madison, Wisconsin 2. Ann Arbor, Michigan 3. Overland Park, Kansas 4. Frederick, Maryland 5. Charlottesville, Virginia 6. Quincy, Massachusetts 7. Hillsboro, Oregon 8. Roseville, California 9.
