RIVERHEAD, NY — A Riverhead man was arrested Thursday and charged with burglarizing a local deli, police said. According to Riverhead Town Police, Zachary E. Marini, 30, was arrested and charged with one count of third-degree burglary. Marini burglarized the Maple Tree Deli on West Main Street on August 2; he was arrested after an "extensive investigation" into recent commerical burglaries in town, police said.
