USDA Veterinarian or DoD Veterinarian Signature Needed

Military member on short-notice orders I have a dog cleared to travel, but the health certificate needs a USDA Veterinarian signature or a DoD Veterinarian signature. Please let me know if you can assist! There is not time to send the certificate to USDA in New York before I have to leave in a couple days. I have the dog's medical records and all required paperwork.
