SKID STEER OPERATOR/LABORER - FULL TIME Full-time with benefits • Class E or CDL • Driver's License • Clean Driving Record • Construction Experience Award-winning home builder in search of a full-time experienced Skid Steer Operator/Laborer. Potential candidates must be honest, hard-working, respectful of others and other's work, and dependable with reliable transportation. An individual who will be successful in this role will be able to complete work to our elevated level of expectations the first time with little if any supervision. There is zero tolerance for anything less. Requirements: • Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violation in the past 3 years • Experience with Bobcat/Caterpillar/John Deere skid steers • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions • Ability to communicate clearly • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in the field • Must have high-quality finish work. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Being friendly, works well as part of a team and independently, and take direction from superiors. • Ability to understand and follow detailed directions in English. • Ability to endure strong physical demands consistently through the course of the day. • High School education or equivalent. • Must be detail oriented & able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. • Highly organized and flexible. • Self-directed and motivated. • Effective communication and listening skills. • Strong work ethic that can work with minimal oversight. • Physical Demand/Work Environment Physical Demand/Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics - candidate will frequently be required to perform repetitive movements, walk, sit, stand, climb, and handle physically demanding workloads and work outdoors.
