Looking for Bass Player, Guitar Player, Singer and to Start Something

Time to start something new. I’m looking for 2 or 3 other creative musicians. This isn’t my first rodeo. However, if I was literally referring to a rodeo, it would be. I mean that I’ve done this band thing a while. I’m a drummer. I sing. I like to do them separately. On drums, I’m a strong improviser, a loyal accompanist, and I have a wide music vocabulary. I sing with guts and some talent. I started learning guitar during the stay-at-home period, but I still suck at it. I’m an “older” dude. I like hanging out with musicians that are over 30, don’t take themselves too seriously, and make music with some emotion and a little depth: covers, reinterpreted covers, originals. Man, it would be nice to play out again! Some songs I’m singing these days are Otherside, Scar Tissue, and Californication (RHCP); Babylon (David Gray); Take me to Church, Work Song, Like Real People Do (Hozier); Dearly Departed (Shakey Graves). Also I’m writing my first original using my lame guitar skills. I live in Hull, which is convenient to nobody. We can use my place if you like, or I’m willing to drive 45 mins. And with that, I’m out.
