I am a local music instructor & tutor looking for extra studio space to teach some beginning students. Whether that's a sublet office space or a small, nominal studio to share or rent out right. Saturday's are a necessity right now for me. I can pay rent and require very little. Clean, honest, respectable professional, quiet, with references available.
