Description

We are looking for Equipment Operators in our Midland Texas office with a minimum of 2 years of experience with the ability to operate primarily a backhoe (expert) but also equipment including but not limited to excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment in a safe manner. You will need to perform dirt work that includes ground maintenance and vertical dirt work. You must have a Valid Drivers’ License and a clean driving record (for the last 3 years), general knowledge of heavy machinery. You must be able to work in a labor-intensive environment which includes frequent shovel work. To be considered, you will need a minimum of 3 years of practical experience with the above-mentioned tasks and either be in Midland or be willing to relocate to Midland, TX. The position is full-time. Education & Experience HS Diploma preferred CDL is a plus Landfill experience strongly preferred plus Mining or other heavy equipment experience preferred Bulldozer and excavator experience strongly preferred
