The FIELD SUPERINTENDENT position is primarily a field-based role that works and manages our properties in production and vendor partners. Through the adherence to clients Scope of Work is dedicated to delivering multiple projects within scheduled time frames set by our clients. Answers directly to Production Manager. Manage the implementation of client’s Visual Identity standards, in line with client requirements. Analyze, track and effectively manage critical timelines to avoid schedule slip. Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized. Ensure application of best practice on all projects. Weekly job Production updates of formal project status reports due by the close of work day on Tuesdays every week, and other reports as required and deemed necessary. Manage the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved standards and timelines are being met and applied correctly. Manage the interface and delivery / scheduling between all suppliers and vendor partners to insure compliance, standards and proper timelines are adhered to. Provide project information to the Project Manager through regular meetings and written communications. Forecast and communicate key project bottlenecks that could cause delay to Project Manager. Desired Qualifications Travel – travel will be required, up to approximately 70% Strong professional communication skills horizontally and vertically. Basic understanding of construction costs related to industry standards. Strong thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendor partners, and coworkers. The ability to make sound and effective judgment on issues associated with delivering projects in the client required timelines. Detail oriented with strong focus on producing results, meeting timescales, and quality of work. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
