Country Village Care Home has a unique Janitorial/Maintenance position open at our Assisted Living facilities in Chico. The right person for this job will be self-starting, detail oriented and, of course, caring towards our residents. The job summary reads: Responsible for basic upkeep of the facility. Also responsible for room refreshes between residents and other minor tasks as assigned. This position is full-time with a consistent schedule. Primary Duties Include: General grounds upkeep Move furniture as needed Touch up paint as needed Whole room painting between resident occupancies Hang pictures and curtains Tighten screws/bolts around the facility as necessary Use carpet cleaner for spots and upkeep Change filters and lightbulbs Carry delivery boxes to their correct destination Pay: From $20.00 per hour Must pass background clearance.
