Door Hanger Needed for Four Interior Doors

I have four interior doors to be hung, they are fully painted. Each needs to have the previous door removed. The hinges have been painted over many times, you can't see the screws on most. (See photos.) Need to select and then purchase the right sized hinges to replace the old ones. Each door needs the door knob hole cut. All four doors are 29.5 wide. One of them needs to be trimmed one inch on each side to 27.5 wide. Tell me your experience and how you will charge to do this job.
