Emotional support animal

Hello, I’m 22 looking for an emotional support animal. I moved to Seattle in March and am now ready to have a puppy or an adult dog that is still trainable. can’t pay a lot but will give him a beautiful home. I live in downtown Seattle in-front of the park, I also have a car and I’m willing to travel for him. Don’t care what he is as long as he’s small because I live in an apartment and I believe it’s in human to have a big dog in one. I also have Adhd and depression so an active dog who will distract me from my mental health would be great. thank you
