Seeking Practice Space

My band is looking to join a practice space or take over a lease. We'd like to be able to store our equipment in the space, including two half stacks, a drum kit, and possibly a small PA (or have the ability to use an existing PA, only one mic needed which we can provide). Space should be big enough for 4 people to comfortably move around. Our regular practice days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and the occasional Saturday 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Ideally we'd like a space close-in SE PDX, would be awesome to get into Cement Studios. We're all super respectful of other folks' gear and time, our current space is just a little too small for our band. Let me know if you have a space and what size/costs look like.
