How bad is it in red states?

Pretty bad when you have to pay people $10,000 to move there like West Virginia is doing. Oklahoma, Arkansas, and several other red states also pay people to move there because...well...they have to or no one would move there. The economy ALWAYS sux in red states because all the well run companies want to be in areas they can easily find and hire smart people. Not exactly what red states are known for. I don't see any blue states having to bribe people to live in them.
