California smog laws causing problem at ports

California's stringent air pollution laws have locked older trucks out of shipping ports. Trucks that are 2010 or older, are not allowed to operate in California shipping ports. Not everybody can afford a new truck every couple of years, dickhead, but that's about what it takes to keep up with all your "Green Rules" Pretty Boy Gavin Newsom is pointing fingers at the trucking industry, but it's his own smog laws that are causing the bottleneck. Lift the fucking smog laws for a minute, so older trucks can get in there and help clean up this mess.
